I haven’t blogged about my favorite newspaper in the Tennessee Valley, the Decatur Daily, in a while. Today’s edition has an interesting article on a city that finally ended alcohol prohibition in December 2003. Drunk driving has plummented since then and police say it’s because people don’t have to drive to other towns to drink.
