Cop Pepper-Sprays Fast-Food Cashier

Here's video (via Useless Junk, from Real TV, I think) of some cop in Ohio pepper-spraying a teenager in the face. Her crime? He claims she shorted him ten bucks change at the drive-thru window. Would he be "protecting" here, or "serving"?

Anyway, the video shows the cop is -- of course -- wrong. She gave him the right change. Prick. According to the voiceover, the victim sued and won.
