The Human Condition on the Gulf Coast

I just caught this video clip off of CNN's website that I am afraid probably speaks for many families who were hit by Hurricane Katrina. The devastation is massive. In spite of the fluff conversation I caught last night on a news program about whether or not the federal government should be paying for disaster relief at all for those who choose to live near the coasts, I hope help alleviates the suffering there as soon as possible. From what I could see, it looks like people could use more than simply food, clean water, and shelter. How much does it cost to put one's life back together?
