DeLay Out, But Not Out-Out Yet

House majority leader Tom DeLay has been indicted and will step "aside" -- not down -- from his post. There's a testy Scott McCellan press conference on the cable news channels right now in which the expanding White House press secretary is having a difficult time saying the indictment is a serious matter. He's also not using the word "strongly" anymore to describe the president's support for DeLay.
