"Go Fuck Yourself" Guy Has a Name

He's Dr. Ben Marble of Mobile, and he apparently lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. He made an aborted attempt to sell a tape of his Cheney interaction on eBay, which for some reason pulled the plug on his auction.

Here's an interview with Marble from Sept. 2000. He got ink then for being not just a doctor but also an artist and vocalist/guitarist in a band, Dr.O, that's apparently the Jenna Jameson (most downloaded) of MP3.com. More on the band here and here.
