I Knew It Was the Japs All Along

Scott Stevens is a meteorologist who is not afraid to tell the truth. For the last nine years he has been a weatherman on KPVI-TV in Idaho. During this time he has learned a lot. Most recently he has discovered that the Yakuza — the Japanese mafia — is using a Russian-made electromagnetic generator to attack the United States with hurricanes. The paradigm shift for all weathermen is now trying to forecast some organization's intent, and not the natural meteorological processes of earth's atmosphere. This adds yet another element of unknown to an already challenging field...My building this site was an inevitability.
