U.S. Court: "America Now a Dictatorship, Tremble Before Lord Bush"

A federal appeals court has ruled that the President of the United States can imprison any American he wants, for as long as he wants, without having to prove the person did anything wrong. I'm too angry to blog. Read the Washington Post's coverage while it's still legal to report that the government is taking away your rights.

The ruling will be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, making it arguably the most important Supreme Court case ever. If the President can snatch American citizens out of their homes and jail them without trial, our country will no longer be traveling down the road to serfdom we will be there.

That so many conservatives support this ruling proves that conservatism has replaced socialism as the biggest threat to freedom in this country.
