Mexico City is dealing with a weird serial killer (redundant, I know) who's preying on old women. Police aren't sure if the killer is male or female, but the suspect definitely dresses as a woman.
Though police confirm four murders, they're looking into the possibility the killer has been responsible for up to "36 asesinatos de mujeres que se han cometido de 2003 a la fecha." Three of the four murdered women had copies of the appropriately gender-unsure Boy in Red Waistcoat by Jean-Baptiste Greuze hanging on their walls at the time of their deaths.
