Q: What do "European governments intend to do about CIA agents being allowed to fly their prisoners across Europe with impunity," according to Der Spiegel?
A: Punish member states who allow the CIA such aceess, and make the CIA answer.
Q: Which countries might be at risk of some sort of sanctions?
A: Seems like quite a few we've heard of.
Q: What's the CIA's response so far?
A: So far, the CIA sounds very much like that very funny Dave Chappelle skit where he talks about how guys who cheat on their spouse (it works equally well when picturing a 10-year-old lying) give their cheating ways away when the lady asks if they're diddling some other woman and they grab their head and ask in an agitated fashion if they can have a minute to think. "Wait a minute" is never followed by the truth.
