Leif Garrett Jailed in L.A.

70s teen idol Leif Garrett was arrested and jailed yesterday for drug possession in Los Angeles. Garrett was stopped after hopping an L.A. subway turnstile (or doing whatever you do to get into the subway out there without paying the fare).

Police initially became suspicious of Garrett because no one rides the subway in Los Angeles, and riding the subway is itself considered suspicious behavior.

All kidding aside, the cops should leave Leif alone for all the obvious libertarian reasons and, more importantly, for the fact that in this picture he teaches us that there was not only a time when depserate housewife Nicolette Sheridan didn't look like a man but was actually really, really hot, too.
