Trying to get a friend or loved one in New York off drugs? If tough love fails, there's always bribery. Paying people to quit using drugs seems to work. You know what also works? Paying people to have sex with you, to mow your lawn, and to shuffle papers 40 hours a week. I would pay Baylen to quit smoking, but that doesn't jibe with my protestant upbringing.
