I will give $10 to the TtP reader that comes the closest to predicting the final combined cost to taxpayers of both the DC baseball stadium and the Congressional visitor's center. Hints: The maximum cost of the DC baseball stadium may or may not be $611 million. The estimated minimum price tag of the visitors center ballooned today to $555 million.

Bonus question: I'll give $10 to the TtP reader who comes closest to predicting when the Congressional visitor's center will actually open to the public. Another hint: don't try calling your Congressman, because members of Congress still haven't determined which Congressional committee will have oversight over the facility.
