Big movie news today. No, not the Oscars.

A feature film based on the life of notorious German cannibal Armin Meiwes has been banned in Germany, less than a week before its premiere.

In a controversial and unprecedented ruling, a German court has decided the film infringes on the rights of the Rotenburg Cannibal, who killed and ate a computer engineer in 2001.

Seems Meiwes also has a film in the works, and can't handle a little competition from a non-cannibal filmmaker. Here's my message to the German judge, to a system that allows this idiocy, and to Meiwes: Eat me.
