Mitch Romney is a 'Buy'

In spite of signing a popular new mandatory healthcare plan for Massachusetts residents, and his obvious Popeil appeal, Governor Mitt "Mitch" Romney is still pulling 25-1 odds for the presidency. I'm no fan, but I'd still call him a better buy than Condi or Pataki, who also currently sit at 25-1.
