Why is This Man Smiling?

Good question. And it's the topic of a funny column here by the Orlando Sentinel's Scott Maxwell on the facial expressions politicos wear in their mug shots. Maxwell points out that the man at left, state senator Gary Siplin, appears to be "inappropriately joyous" at having been arrested for grand theft.
