I'm all for extreme eating, but this recipe from Spain may be a bit much.
I'm not sure what exactly an "American sauce" might be. The (presumable) mis-spelling of "leeks" conjures up images of some plastered dudes standing around in a kitchen and taking "4 leaks" on some carrots and onions -- then tossing in the backwashed dregs from a whisky bottle they've finished off.

Ingredients (4 people): 4 hake loins, 12 clams, and 1 sea spider. For the American sauce: 4 leaks, 6 carrots, 4 onions, natural tomato and whisky.
