Walmart Loves Eminent Domain

Wal-Mart is trying to buy land in Florida to build a road to a huge distribution center. If the current owners won't sell, the company says it will have the county take the land away. Which, as we know, is perfectly all right with the Supreme Court. I'm far from a Wal-Mart basher, but this is disgusting.
