Congraduations!

The student vice president of Thornton Fractional North High School in Calumet City, Illinois was surrounded by police and arrested as she showed up for the school's graduation ceremony -- in which she was scheduled to lead the Pledge of Allegiance -- because she:

a) Was found with a one-hitter in her pocket.
b) Was naked under a see-through gown.
c) Showed up late for graduation.
d) Made a derisive comment about Gov. Blagojevich.
