Excerpt of an Email from My Bank to Me

Found this in my inbox today.

Dear Baylen Linnekin:

On Friday, June 2nd you received an email regarding your [credit card brand name redacted]. We recently discovered that the email we sent to you incorrectly contained the salutation "Dear Mary Jane" rather than "Dear Baylen Linnekin". We apologize for the confusion this may have caused and want to assure you that the email is a legitimate [redacted] email.

Strangely, this isn't phishing or spam. The message actually is from my bank. It's just that I don't think I ever got the original email they addressed to MJ.
