Scalia is Not an "Originalist"

I am so pissed off about the recent SCOTUS decision that I am taking time away from my Cape vacation and battling dial-up to post this.

Mr."Originalist," which, I think, means having a respect for traditional law, is only Originalist when it suits his fascist politics. Justice Scalia hates the evolving meaning of laws when they expand rights but embraces them when they mean more police powers and the contraction of rights. Scalia is no more an Originalist that I am Queen of England. Hello?
