BAE Fires CIA Contractor For Blogging
Christine Axsmith, who worked for BAE Systems and contracted for the CIA, was fired on July 19 for writing about her work.
She was blogging on the Intelink, a closed network accessible only to others with a Top Secret clearance and Angelina Jolie in that movie Hackers from like 1993. Her posts included topics like torture and CIA cafeteria food. But not in the same post.
"I think I've had an impact," she said. She also said, "I love the CIA. I love the mission. I love the people. It's such a great place to work."
Not anymore, Christine!
(eta: Blogger, a pox on your children.)
