He Gets More Vacation Time Than Me

(And nobody ever takes advantage of my absence to start bombing anybody else. The worst they do is steal my good pens. I'm just sayin'.)

Mr. Bush is enjoying a ten-day vacation in Texas, made all the more delicious because his last vacay (which was almost the longest presidential vacay in 30 years) was cut short by stupid Katrina.

This year, with the crisis in the Middle East at a fever pitch, the carnage in Iraq continuing and even the first hurricane of the year brewing in the Caribbean, the president's schedulers left less room for this year's vacation to cause such political damage.

Therefore, he'll see Condi this weekend. WHAT? It's TOTALLY a WORKING VACATION.
