Smokeless in Seattle

Seattle Weekly columnist Philip Dawdy tackles the nanny state like he's a seasoned lineman, and never writes something unless it's worth reading. Dawdy has posted couple of fantastic articles this past week, and I've been remiss in not yet linking to them.

The first points to the economic damage caused by the Emerald City's smoking ban. The second details how the people who enforce Washington's laws aren't doing a very good job when it comes to the state's medical-marijuana law.
