Suri Cruise is World's Smallest Boy

Breaking news: The Guiness Book of World Records has turned down the bid of Thapa Magar, who Cicero posted on last week, to be listed in its pages as the "world's smallest boy", saying he's too young. Guiness says it only awards titles to those 18 years of age or older.

In other news, I've concluded that Magar looks suspiciously like Suri Cruise (see Cicero's post below). I'm just sayin'...
