The Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of a Luxembourg company that was prosecuted by the Justice Department after it had been granted amnesty from prosecution by... the Justice Department.

Meanwhile, a federal judge accepted the Bush administration's motion to dismiss an SSDP/ACLU lawsuit that sought to overturn a federal ban on students with drug convictions receiving federal financial aid.
