Apparently there's a Dear Abby for Iranian Ramadan followers, and Supreme Leader Sayyid Ali Khameini is it. On his website, he answers tough questions of the day like, "If somebody masturbates during the month of Ramadan but without any discharge, is his fasting invalidated? Signed, Hypothetical in Houston."
