Smoking Bans Suck

I'm two days late on this. Sorry. I've been afraid to leave my house because Kevin Federline is stalking me. If I had $1 for every time I've had to say "No K-Fed, you can't blow me" I could produce my own crappy album. Anyway, a law school professor had a great editorial against smoking bans in Monday's Washington Post. I especially like his attack on the surgeon general. (who by the way is neither a surgeon nor a general).
