El Chombo is a Panamanian duo headed by a guy named Andy who quite possibly suffered a debilitating stroke prior to belting out the group's hit song, Chacarron.

The Sun calls this possibly the weirdest song ever. And I can't really argue with that. I also just can't stop watching the video.
