Where Will Legislators Smoke After They Bang Their Pages Now?

Former Baltimorean (like when she was 2 years old) and current Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has banned smoking in the Speaker's lobby just off the House floor. It's already a crime to smoke within 25 feet of Congressional building entrances. Next on the list? Banning the selling of cigarettes in the Congressional sundry shop. Seriously. It's still ok for members of Congress to smoke in their own offices. But how long will that last? If bar owners can't smoke around their employees, why should members of Congress be allowed to so?
