Good News...Potentially

In the coming weeks we could see the beginning of the end for one of the Drug War's more shameful policies as Rep Barney Frank reintroduces his Removing Impediments to Students' Education (RISE) Act. It would reverse current policy and allow students with drug convictions to obtain federal financial aide.
