Chih Hsien Wu Had Panties, In a Bunch

Colorado police need your help as part of their ongoing "investigation into widespread underwear theft" near Colorado State University.

If you're missing any panties or other intimate apparel, police invite you to view a panty lineup tomorrow. The photo lineup consists of more than 1,300 articles allegedly stolen from laundry rooms by Chih Hsien Wu, who is now under arrest.
