Peter and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Oil Companies

First Bill O'Reilly investigated gas prices and found they were being fixed -- by him. Now it's the new Maryland state comptroller's turn to make an ass of himself.

"It's a price gouging, rip-off, hidden top secret muckity-muck system that the oil companies have setup to maximize their profits," says Md. Comptroller Peter Franchot. "We know that you know that there's something fishy."

Apparently, a prequisite for serving as comptroller in Maryland is that you must first be batshit crazy.
