Roberts Brings SCOTUS Unanimity
The most powerful argument that nominee John Roberts posited to position himself as a Justice was that he would try to make SCOTUS opinions unanimous and therefore avoid the politicization of the Court.
I agreed with him that that would be a great accomplishment, as SCOTUS should not be a collection of partisans. And Roberts had his banner day Friday, as the court ruled as one on many cases. I cannot get them all into one article but here is one and here is another.
