Osama the Most Convincing Presidential Candidate to Date

That was not a typo, I meant Osama and not Obama. In his new campaign ad from a cave that our half trillion dollar per year Department of Defense cannot locate, Osama bin Laden claims that an Islamic caliphate in the US would lower taxes, solve the mortgage problem, get us out of the Iraq War and address global warming. Osama
speaks to recent issues grabbing headlines in the United States, referring to "the reeling of many of you under the burden of interest-related debts, insane taxes and real estate mortgages; global warming and its woes..."

"To conclude," bin Laden says, "I invite you to embrace Islam." He goes on to say: "There are no taxes in Islam, but rather there is a limited Zakaat [alms] totaling 2.5 percent.”
Of course is most Islamic countries there is no economy to speak of so income taxation is a moot point and the concept of individual liberty does not exist. My point here is that somehow a guy in a cave managed to:

- Attack the US in a devastating way, hoping to goad us into a losing war in Afghanistan a la the Soviet invasion, in which bin Laden was a "freedom fighter";

- Through his attacks, made the US public and Congress get so angry and irrational that they would support something like invading Iraq, which has become the quagmire that Osama hoped to get us into in Afghanistan;

- Recruit hundreds of thousands of angry Muslims to fight for the Caliphate by bombing London subways, Madrid trains and having many other disrupted plots, such as the German one this week.

- And is now trying to recruit the American voter.

Next we will see al Qaeda lobbyists in DC.
