Honest Answer

This deserves a chuckle. I found it while doing some googling for an upcoming trip. From a FAQ page provided by one of those local companies that provides short-term rentals for tourist.

is it safe for children?

Answer:
not every property (and boat) is safe, they were not built to receive guests
like a real hotel. It's private property. We advice you to send us an email first,
to ask our vision on a accommodation if you bring young children.
