Explains the breasts flopping out of the low-cut dress; she needed something to distract people from her hideous, asexual haircut. Or rather, not distract, but prove that she is in fact a 50-something female head of state, and not a 15 year old boy on the JV soccer team who listens to Nirvana and wears Vans sneakers.
