We Ain't Got Time To Let You Bleed Us

Sonny Landham, the 70s porn star and 80s action movie star turned Libertarian politician, may not become the next senator from Kentucky after all. The Kentucky LP has officially withdrawn its support for Landham. Now it may not have a candidate on the ballot at all this fall.

What made them do this? Ahem:

Last week, Landham publicly remarked that Arabs should not be allowed to travel to the United States. He said Arabs should not be in America's schools, and he said the United States should have bombed Saudi Arabia, Syria, and other Arab nations.

In a statement, the state party said it stands for tolerance of all people, regardless of race, creed, sex, and national origin.

Hmmm, I guess it is hard to square that with a guy who calls Arabs "camel dung shovelers" and says we should be "bombing them back into the sand until they surrender."
